PHZR Tech Solutions LLC is a small IT and web services business run by Phil Cook in Rockford, Michigan. When this policy says "I" or "me," it means PHZR Tech Solutions LLC. If you have any question about it, email me at hello@phzr.io.

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message, plus the topic you picked, if any

I don't ask for payment details, passwords, or anything sensitive through the website. If you email or call me directly, I keep that conversation the same way I keep form messages.

I use what you send me to reply to you. That's it. Specifically, I may use it to:

• Answer your question or schedule a consult
• Send a quote or follow up on a conversation you started
• Keep a record of our communication if you become a client

I won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.

I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I only share it with the services that help me run the business, like my email provider and website host, and only as much as they need to do their job.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. They don't use cookies or track you across other sites.

The site also briefly stores the topic you pick on a service page in your browser, so it can pre-fill the contact form. It's cleared once the form loads.

You can block or clear site data in your browser settings. The site will still work.

PHZR Tech Solutions LLC uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help deliver its services, including drafting content, writing and reviewing code, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation.

• I use paid, business-grade AI services, configured so the information I provide is not used to train their models.
• I never enter passwords or other credentials, payment card or bank account numbers, government ID numbers, protected health information, or privileged legal materials into AI tools.
• When client materials such as website content, code, or system logs are needed to do the work, I limit them to what the task requires and remove personal details where practical.
• Everything created with AI assistance is reviewed by me before it reaches a client.
• You can ask me to keep specific information out of AI tools entirely, and I will.
• If your signed service agreement includes different terms about AI tools or data handling, your agreement controls.

The Tech Health Check and Plan Estimator run in your browser, and your answers aren't saved. If you ask for an emailed Health Check report, I collect your name, email, business name (if you give it), and your answers so I can send the report and follow up with you once. I don't add you to a mailing list.

I use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and multi-factor authentication on the accounts that hold your information. I keep messages only as long as I need them to help you or meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

You can ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what information I have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information, unless I need to keep it for legal reasons

This site is meant for businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. For meaningful changes, I'll let current clients know directly.
